Jeremy Leeming Jewellery – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Jeremy Leeming Jewellery (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all visitors, clients, and customers of our website [www.jeremyleeming.com (“Website”).
By accessing or purchasing from this Website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Our Jewellery

All pieces are designed and made by hand in our Christchurch workshop, The Filing Kabinett at The Tannery.
Because each item is individually crafted, slight variations in colour, texture, and form may occur—especially when working with natural stones such as Pounamu, Banks Peninsula Basalt, and Southland Argillite.
We take every care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but small differences are part of the handmade character of our work.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Payment is required in full at the time of order through our secure online checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors on the Website at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing payment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout New Zealand at no charge and internationally upon application.
Each order is carefully packaged and dispatched once payment has cleared.
Delivery times vary depending on location and whether the item is in stock or made to order.
A tracking number can be provided on request.
We are not responsible for postal or courier delays, customs charges, or events beyond our control once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

5. Returns and Repairs

Each piece is inspected before leaving the workshop.
If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please email hello@jeremyleeming.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue.
We’ll repair, replace, or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

6. Commissions and Custom Orders

Custom commissions are welcome and begin with a design consultation.
A non-refundable deposit is required before work starts to cover design and material costs.
Final payment is due before collection or delivery.
All sketches, prototypes, and photographs remain the intellectual property of Jeremy Leeming Jewellery and may be used for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
